Please read these terms very carefully and understand them before you decide to hire / purchase a catering trailer form us
- The driver of the towing of the vehicle must be in possession of a current driving licence.
- The Hirer is to insure that the towing vehicle is valid under the third party section whilst towing the catering trailer and that the tow vehicle is adequate to tow a catering trailer.
- The hirer is responsible for the insurance in respect of public liability and their own contents.
- The minimum hire period for our catering trailers is three months.
- It is agreed that Catering Trailer Hire Hull can use my credit / debit card to collect weekly rental and i must supply relevant details in order to complete transactions.
- The catering trailer shall not be re-lent and shall remain the sole property of Catering Trailer Hire Hull.
- The catering trailer must NOT leave mainland Britain.
- 3 months rental (12 weeks) is required on delivery / collection of the catering trailer (.
- Extra charges may apply if on collection if cleaning is necessary or equipment that is missing.
- Should the catering trailer be damaged as a result of accident or break, you will be held responsible and incur any charges accordingly.
- The hirer authorises the owner to enter the hirer's premises where the catering trailer is situated for the purpose of inspection, testing, replacing or repossessing the catering trailer in so far as the owner in his absolute discretion, deems it necessary.
- It is also agreed that any default in the weekly rental will result in immediate repossession of the catering trailer without prior notice.
- Any change of address must be reported to the owners immediately and any change of trading situation must also be notified.
